Just completed and taking bookings now for the 2019 and 2020 seasons, villa Mirada, in the Kalamar bay area of Kalkan offers high quality, stylish villa holiday accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. Clever architecture and contemporary interiors have created something rather special here in our opinion with a design that connects much of the interior space with the sea and mountain views, delivering exciting, light filled and attractive spaces. Its not just the villa itself that stands out from the wide choice in Kalkan, the outside terraces and pool are also generous and well thought out, with a jacuzzi and shallow pool area designed for loungers incorporated in the large pool at the front of the property. Contemporary cool with ample space to absorb large parties of guests both inside and outside the villa.

The accommodation in more detail:

Ground floor:
There is covered parking for 2 vehicles at the property and steps lead to the ground floor terrace area and villa entrance. The hallway opens to an L-shaped open plan living area that comprises a fitted kitchen equipped to self-cater, a dining set up and sitting area. Sliding glass doors to the front of the living area provide for a spectacular connection with the views and a feeling when open of an extended living space outside to the swimming pool terrace. There are also windows to the westerly aspect and at the rear of the property overlooking a small garden area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. To the left of the ground floor ( looking out to sea ) the first of 5 bedrooms is located. It is a double en-suite with a small terrace and garden area and partial sea views.
A floating staircase at the back of this space creates quite a statement and leads to the first floor.

First floor:
There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, two king size doubles and a twin. All have en-suite bathrooms, sea views, fitted storage and glass doors to furnished balconies. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Second floor:
The top floor bedroom is a king size with en-suite bathroom and extensive roof terrace space with open panoramic sea and mountain views.

Outside:
Villa Mirada sits on a larger than average plot offering plenty of outside space so important in the southern Mediterranean climate. Outside terraces and the infinity pool are also generous and well thought out, with a jacuzzi and shallow pool area designed for loungers incorporated in the large pool at the front of the property. A dining set up is arranged behind the pool area offering easy access to the kitchen. To the left of the property ( looking out to sea ) a raised terrace is furnished with a seating group and equipped with a large gazebo with retractable fabric roof so that this space can be enjoyed in full shade or sun. There are small planted garden areas to the rear and side of the property.
