These ten 1 bedroom luxury apartments will be ready to rent from April - 2013 onwards.

Each apartment is laid out as follows:
Open plan living, dining + kitchen area (the sofa in the living area converts to a double bed to accommodate a 3rd + 4th guest if required)
Bedroom with double bed (can be converted to twins if required)
En-suite shower room
Balcony at 1st and 2nd floor level apartments
Terrace at ground floor level apartments

The majority of the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors will have a sea view – in some cases, this may be obscured by buildings.
The eight apartments will share a large pool for sole use of the complex and a snack bar is also available (this can provide room service if required).
Points to note:
All apartments are fully air-conditioned
WiFi internet access is provided
Flatscreen TV in living area plus DVD player
Kitchens are fully equipped and include cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer

Daily maid service provided. Linen + towels will be changed weekly (ie – during a stay of two weeks, linen + towels will be changed once in the middle of your stay)
Pool towels are provided
The 3rd guest (if applicable) will be accommodated on a double sofa bed in the living area of the apartment
