Villa Stella is located in the Islamlar Village, famous for its hospitality, in Kalkan Town, which has become a temple for both local and foreign holiday enthusiasts who are lovers of mother nature and nature in recent years. Villa Stella, which spreads the uninterrupted panoramic view of the Blue Flag awarded Patara Beach, one of the most famous and longest beaches in the world, under your feet, is a rare project that has been realized by considering the smallest details in terms of architecture and design. The villa, located on 2 acres of land, is extremely satisfactory both as an interior and exterior living area, and the materials used in the construction and decoration of the building have been tried to be made suitable for your taste by expert architects by going into the smallest details. The extremely large garden is adorned with citrus trees such as lemon and orange, reflecting the Mediterranean climate, and fragrant colourful flowers. The indoor pool with a modern Jet stream system and the infinity swimming pool has a mini waterfall for entertainment. There is a special children's pool. The sun loungers, seating groups and viewing swings positioned in various areas for you to watch the enchanting sunset and the insatiable beauty of Patara Beach with your loved ones have been specially selected for moments that will not be forgotten.

Living Room: Villa Stella's living room has a natural view and is air-conditioned. The living room has a DVD Player, LCD TV, satellite receiver, seating group, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and sink. There is an exit to the pool and the living room is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: It is a modern American kitchen and has a nature view. The kitchen has a toaster, toaster, dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, refrigerator, spoon and fork set, washing machine, microwave oven, built-in oven, 6-person dinner set, electric kettle, pots and pans set and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool and a children's pool. The pool dimensions are 11 m x 3.70 m; the depth is 1.5 m. There is also a heated indoor pool with a jacuzzi feature in the bedroom, measuring 3 m x 3 m. Garden and pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

NOTE: There are 27 steps from the car park to the villa.

NOTE: The indoor pool is heated free of charge between October 12 and May 01. In other months, it is 600 TL per day.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the conditions of return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount.

Entry and Exit Information: New Guest Entry Time in Each Villa is 16:00 and Exit Time is 10:00 in the morning. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas of our other guests. The villas are delivered to our new guests at 16:00.

Transportation: Public transportation service cannot be provided due to the distance of our villas to the city centre. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can request support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, you can encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.
