Our villa, which lays a magnificent view of Kalkan under your feet, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Villa Skylight, which is a twin villa, has a private swimming pool. Our luxury rental villa with a gym and game room is carefully designed to offer you a perfect holiday. All of the items used in our rental villa near the sea, where you will admire every detail, are modern and high quality. Our villa, which has a very large swimming pool in its own garden, has a staircase in the pool. You can easily reach anywhere you want without having transportation problems during your stay in our luxury rental villa, which is only 1 kilometre away from the sea. In the game room of our villa, there is table football, table tennis and billiard table for you to have fun. Roof terrace 2x2 for four people Our rental villa with a jacuzzi has a large and large garden area, a private swimming pool and a sunbathing area in the front garden; In the back garden, there is a seating area in the lush green area. 

Living room In the large and spacious living room of our villa, there is a seating group, LCD TV, dining table, wireless modem, satellite, coffee table, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet. There is a direct exit from the living room to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a built-in 4-stove, built-in oven, microwave oven, dining table, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, glassware, dinner set, cutlery, washing machine, pans, pots and other cooking equipment.

NOTE: The private swimming pool of our villa has a heating feature and the pool heating system is activated for an extra 200 GBP / 5.000 TL per week. Customers who want to use pool heating must provide information during reservation.

Deposit Payments :  Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the terms of the return of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Public transportation service cannot be provided due to the distance of our villas to the city center. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests who provide transportation by private car.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (soil) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
