Villa Nova, located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, Villa Nova is within walking distance of the centre of Kalkan. Villa Nova is designed with a new architectural understanding for a pleasant holiday with family and friends. Thanks to its central location, it provides easy access to the beach, market and city centre. Villa Nova promises you a unique villa holiday experience by offering facilities such as Turkish bath, sauna, billiards and table tennis in addition to a private pool.

Kitchen: Villa Nova” has a modern American kitchen with sea and nature views. This kitchen has a range of appliances and utensils. These include an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and 4-burner stove. There are also pots and pans, dinnerware for 8 people, cutlery, tea, coffee and water glasses. These items can be used for guests to cook or store food in the kitchen.

Deposit Payments :  The Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return terms of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information:  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. You must leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation:  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transportation service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our sales consultants. For our guests who prefer air transportation, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests who provide transportation by private car.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (soil) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor

3rd Bedroom: It is a young bedroom and has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom and a toilet. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

4th Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is located on the attic floor and the large terrace and bar are also on this floor.

Air conditioning is standard in all bedrooms and living rooms.
