Our luxury rental villa ‘Villa Casa Mila’, which was completed in August 2023, offers you a dream holiday experience with your family ... With 3 bedrooms, our rental villa with a jacuzzi has a capacity of 6 people. Our rental villa with sea view, every detail of which has been carefully prepared; It has a bright and spacious structure. During your stay in our rental villa close to the centre of Kalkan's Akbel location, you can easily access anywhere you want without any transportation problems. Our rental villa close to the sea has a living room, kitchen and 1 suite bedroom on the ground floor, 1 suite bedroom, 1 young bedroom, sauna, Turkish bath and heated indoor pool on the basement floor. There is a pool table, table tennis and table football for you to have fun in our rental villa with an indoor pool with a sea view in all rooms. For your safety, our villa has an alarm and camera system. ‘Villa Casa Mila’ is located 4 minutes away from the centre and the sea by car; It is waiting for you, our valued guests, to enjoy the hot days of summer to the fullest. 

NOTE: Our villa has a heating feature in the indoor swimming pool and the heating system is activated for an extra 4.500 TL per week. Guests who wish to use pool heating must provide information at the time of booking. 

Lounge: The large and spacious living room of our villa has a seating group, LCD TV, dining table, wireless modem, satellite, coffee table, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is a direct exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen with built-in 4-burner hob, built-in oven, microwave oven, dining table, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, washing machine, pans, pots and other cooking equipment.

Deposit Payments :  The Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the return conditions of the deposit, there should be no damage, loss, loss, loss, or broken items in the villa. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and / or Euros based on the current exchange rates, which will be equivalent to the deposit amount. 

Entrance and Exit Information :  In each of our villas, the new guest check-in time is 16.00 noon and check-out time is determined as 10.00 in the morning. It is important that you leave your room on time for our special cleaning team to carefully prepare the villas for our other guests. Villas are delivered to our new guests ready at 16.00.

Transportation :  Due to the distance of our villas from the city centre, public transport service cannot be provided. Our guests who want to rent a paid transfer or car can request support from our Sales Consultants. For our guests who prefer airways, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our Sales Consultants share location information and directions for our guests travelling by private car.

Location : Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilised (soil) roads during access to the villas. In addition, within the scope of our villas outside the centre, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when found in the village.
