Villa Aura B, our villa with nature and sea view is located in Kalkan Kalamar region. Villa Aura Duo, one of our 2 villas, has 3 bedrooms and provides accommodation for up to 6 people. You can increase the accommodation capacity up to 12 people by renting Villa Aura B together with its sister villa Villa Aura. It is our villa where you can provide transportation with a very comfortable and easy location. It is within walking distance to places such as market and greengrocer. Villa Aura Duo, which has a large garden and pool terrace, offers pleasant opportunities to its valued guests. The pool and garden terrace have a sitting group, sun loungers, parasols and swings, and you can discover all the unique colors of Kalkan all day long with the sea view it has. In our villa, our guests are in the parking lot for their vehicles. We invite you to Villa Aura for a pleasant holiday experience with your family and loved ones.

Kitchen : There are many kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, dinnerware in the modern American kitchen.

Living Room : In the very comfortable living room, you can access facilities such as a TV, coffee table, air conditioner, together with a luxury sitting group. There is also an exit to the pool terrace.

Deposit Payments: Damage Deposit is taken before entering the villa and is returned when leaving the villa. According to the deposit refund conditions, there should be no damage, loss, missing or broken items in the villa during the usage period. We can make your payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and/or Euros based on current exchange rates, equivalent to the deposit amount.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New Guest Check-in Time is determined as 16.00 in the afternoon and Check-out Time is 10.00 in the morning in each villa. You need to leave your room on time so that our special cleaning team can prepare the villas of our other guests carefully. The villas are delivered ready to our new guests at 16.00.

Transportation: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided. Guests who want to rent a paid transfer or a car can ask for support from our sales consultants. The closest airport for our guests who prefer air transportation is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants share location information and directions for our guests who travel by private vehicle.

Location: Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements positioned on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are hilly roads and stabilized (dirt) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.) when you are in the villages within the scope of our villas located outside the centre.
